In a May 2026 report, Bureau Veritas (BV) detailed its full-process certification of a domestically developed PSL 4S ultra-deepwater subsea wellhead system — covering design review, critical forging material certification and re-verification, factory inspection, onshore simulation testing, and sea trials.
