Payment付款

Full or partial prepayment is required before production. Accepted methods: bank wire / T/T (preferred) or a KYC-verified stablecoin (counterparty KYC required). Anonymous cryptocurrency is not accepted. A formal invoice is issued by enquiry@feode.com after compliance clearance — no account or wallet details are published here; they are arranged per confirmed order. 生产前需全额或部分预付。可接受方式：银行电汇 / T/T（首选） 或 经 KYC 的稳定币（需对手方 KYC）。不接受匿名加密货币。合规通过后由 enquiry@feode.com 开具正式发票——本页不公布账户或钱包信息，按确认订单单独安排。

Prohibited & screened禁止与筛查

No weapons, military/defence, nuclear, or controlled dual-use items. Every RFQ passes an automated prohibited-use and sanctions screen; ambiguous or sensitive requests are declined or escalated to human review. FEODE reserves the right to decline any request. 不承接武器、军事/国防、核、以及受管制的军民两用物项。每份询单都经自动禁用途与制裁筛查；含糊或敏感的需求将被拒绝或转人工审查。远东保留拒绝任何需求的权利。

Terms & liability条款与责任

Machine-to-print. FEODE manufactures strictly to the client's drawing/specification.按图加工。远东严格按照客户图纸/规格制造。
IP & lawful use. The client warrants ownership of / right to use the drawing IP and the lawfulness of the end-use, and indemnifies FEODE.知识产权与合法用途。客户保证拥有/有权使用图纸知识产权且用途合法，并对远东作出免责赔偿。
Responsibility. FEODE is responsible for machining to print, not for fitness-for-purpose or the end-use of the part.责任范围。远东对按图加工负责，不对零件的适用性或终端用途负责。
