January 7, 2024, rig HYSY981, Yongle area, South China Sea. The first well abandonment in China beyond 2,000 m water depth: the 36″ × 1.5″-wall conductor and 20″ × 1″-wall casing were severed and the 18-3/4″ high-pressure wellhead recovered in 14 hours of operating time, in a single trip. October 3, 2019, Yongle ultra-deepwater area. EP21-4-A1H — China's Deepest Offshore Well EP21-4-A1H井 — 中国海上第一深井
CM Hailong 9 platform, Enping 21-X marginal field, eastern South China Sea. At 9,508 m measured depth it became China's deepest offshore well, setting national records for both well depth and horizontal displacement (horizontal-to-vertical ratio 4.43). Drilled through three fault zones inside a narrow density window on four key technologies — ultra-ERD trajectory control, optimised drilling-fluid system, fully-floating & rotating casing running, and continuous circulation. FECCS covered 4,594–9,508 m (68.5% of the open hole): ECD held at 1.32–1.45 g/cm³ with under 5% fluctuation, cuttings below 2% at 36.7 m/h ROP, longest single run 1,744 m — no losses, no collapse, no stuck pipe. 招商海龙9号平台,南海东部恩平21-X边际油田。井深9,508米,成为中国海上第一深井,同时创下中国大位移井井深纪录与水平位移纪录(水垂比4.43)。在窄安全密度窗口内穿越三条断层带,依靠四大关键技术——超大位移井轨迹精细控制、钻井液体系优选、全漂浮及旋转下套管、连续循环。FECCS覆盖4,594–9,508米井段(占裸眼段68.5%):ECD稳定在1.32–1.45 g/cm³、波动小于5%,机械钻速36.7米/小时下岩屑浓度低于2%,单趟最长进尺1,744米——全程无井漏、无垮塌、无卡钻。

JZ25-1B Platform — First FECCS Campaign in Bohai Bay JZ25-1B平台 — FECCS渤海首秀
July–August 2021. Three 8-1/2″ sections drilled back-to-back (wells B7, B22P1, B7P1) in unconsolidated, cuttings-prone formations: measured cuttings concentration fell from 3.8% to as low as 0.4%, and strings tripped straight to the shoe without back-reaming. 2021年7–8月。在胶结性差、易沉砂地层连续完成三口井(B7、B22P1、B7P1)8-1/2″井段:实测岩屑浓度由3.8%降至最低0.4%,起钻可直接短起至套管鞋、无需倒划眼。

Extended-reach well in a pressure-sensitive formation: ECD held between 1.42–1.58 g/cm³ with fluctuation within ±0.018, saving 49 rig-hours against plan. 压力敏感地层大位移井:ECD稳定控制在1.42–1.58 g/cm³、波动±0.018以内,较计划节省钻机时间49小时。

PY10-5-A1H — Panyu Field's Hardest ERD Well PY10-5-A1H井 — 番禺油田最难大位移井
The field's most difficult extended-reach well: 7,646 m MD, horizontal-to-vertical ratio 2.76, a 4,822 m tangent section, and a fault at 6,840 m that collapsed the safe mud-density window from 1.20–1.81 to just 1.20–1.32 g/cm³, all on full-section oil-based mud. Continuous-circulation-valve drilling over the φ215.9 mm section (6,122–7,148 m, 1,026 m) held ECD within 2.3% and capped torque fluctuation at 2.86 kN·m. Versus an offset well drilled without CC: average ROP 19.30 vs 7.66 m/h (≈2.5×), max torque fluctuation 2.86 vs 7.40 kN·m. The φ177.8 mm liner ran straight to bottom with zero wiper trips — eliminating a 41-hour dedicated trip and 39 hours of overrun. 该油田难度最高的大位移井:井深7,646米、水垂比2.76、稳斜段长4,822米;6,840米处一断层使安全密度窗口由1.20–1.81骤缩至1.20–1.32 g/cm³,且全井段油基钻井液钻进。连续循环阀钻井应用于φ215.9毫米井段(6,122–7,148米、段长1,026米),ECD波动控制在2.3%以内、扭矩波动仅2.86 kN·m。对比未用连续循环的邻井:平均机械钻速19.30对比7.66米/小时(约2.5倍),最大扭矩波动2.86对比7.40 kN·m。φ177.8毫米尾管直接下到底、零通井——省去一趟41小时专门通井和39小时工期超期。

First-Generation FECCS Enters Service 第一代FECCS投入应用
China's first domestically developed valve-type continuous circulation system entered field service in November 2011 — iterated through 2013, 2016 and 2018 generations to today's fifth-generation system with one-touch flow-path switching and PLC control. 2011年11月,国内首套自主研发阀式连续循环系统投入现场应用——历经2013、2016、2018年三轮迭代,发展到今天具备一键流道转换与PLC控制的第五代系统。

March 2026, Pearl River Mouth Basin. FEODE's highest-specification 3,000 m-class / 15,000 psi subsea wellhead system completed the full operational sequence on a sixth-generation semi-submersible: 36″ conductor jetted and released, 18-3/4″ high-pressure housing run and cemented, BOP stack pressure-tested, 9-5/8″ casing hanger and seal assembly set and verified — and the wellhead finally abandoned with our own P&A tools. A 20-year-old, high-angle workover well with a failed gravel pack: three concentric fish strings — 4″ screen, 2-7/8″ wash pipe and 2-3/8″ screen — fished section by section through severe corrosion (fish parting at only 4 t overpull), polymer packing and incomplete well records. Across 53 runs FEODE recovered all ≈690 m of fish down to the permanent packer at 2,015 m, returning the well to production. 一口井龄20年、大斜度、早期充填失败的大修井:井下三层同心落鱼——4″筛管、2-7/8″冲管、2-3/8″筛管——在严重腐蚀(落鱼过提仅4吨即拔断)、聚合物埋实、资料不全的条件下逐段打捞。经53趟作业,远东打捞出全部约690米落鱼至2,015米永久封隔器顶,使油井恢复生产。
